We are currently still shipping and are managing sales online only. For safety reasons we are working with a very small team, therefore there may be delays in shipping and we are unable to offer any expedited shipping. As always shipping and returns on all orders are free.
As we all face the impacts of COVID-19 extraordinary steps have been taken in prioritizing the health and well-being of our employees, and you, our customers and communities.
- We have taken precautions in line with local health authority and government guidelines to protect our customers and employees. Most of our employees are able to work remotely. Employees are working staggered shifts at our facility to minimize face-to-face contact. Clean/disinfect protocols are in place at each entry and workstation. Common areas are routinely cleaned and disinfected.
- Any employee handling merchandise will wear mask and glove in additional to the sanitation protocols that are in place.
- There may be order processing and delivery delays. However, we are committed to getting orders shipped as quickly as possible.
- Currently next day and express shipping are not available. Please note, at this time product availability may be limited.
As this dynamic situation evolves, we will continue to ensure our practices align with guidance provided by public health and government organizations. The health and well-being or our associates, customers and all of our families remains at the forefront.
We are receiving calls via our customer service call center 978-326-7236 and while it is being managed remotely and we cannot be reached immediately will get back between the hours of 10-4 pm daily. We will get back to you as quickly and as promptly as we can to answer your calls, inquiries and requests.
